Sifaris (Document Management System) is a product solution for Municipality offices to efficiently manage and deliver services related to the creation, manipulation and regulation of sifaris documents. This product aims to provide a hassle free experience to both service seekers and service providers at different municipal offices by automating the process of creation of sifaris documents from a reusable template. This software application also aims to alleviate hassle in the case of service seekers by providing the service in a fast and easy manner, even at the convenience of their own homes. We are hopeful that it bridges the gap between service providers and seeker, and allows service seekers to fully understand all the requirements for the creation of a sifaris document, by incorporating them into the system. On the other hand, for the service providers, i.e. Government Offices, it makes it easier for them to create new sifaris documents for citizens/applicants, making the process less cumbersome. For admins of said Government Offices, it makes it easier for them to track all the documents and also allows for them to have profiles and histories of everyone who have ever sought a service from their office, at their fingertips.
